1.Agreement
An agreement will only be concluded after acceptance of your reservation by Tribu del Alma in the form of a confirmation. It is entitled to refuse the reservation or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless expressly provided otherwise. If a reservation is not accepted, Tribu del Alma will inform you within ten (10) working days after receipt of the reservation.

Prices/ Offers
All prices mentioned on the Tribu del Alma site are non-binding and it expressly reserves the right to change prices, in particular when required by (legal) regulations. All prices for private individuals are stated in euros, including VAT. All prices for companies and self-employed persons exclude VAT.

Reservation
All requests will take place in order of receipt.

4.Option
You can take an option for a specific period. Options are valid up to 12 weeks prior to the start unless otherwise agreed. If a second interested party presents itself for the same time for which an option is already available, the first applicant will be contacted immediately. This is the moment at which it must be decided whether or not a booking will be made for that part of the option for which another candidate has applied.

5. Payment obligation
A booking creates an obligation to pay the full amount as stated on the invoice.

6. Payment term
For all retreats of Tribu del Alma applies that the full amount including accommodation should be credited to the bank account of D. Jaspers before the date indicated on the invoice, but no later than 8 weeks before the start of the booked retreat. Unless you book less than 8 weeks in advance.

Number of participants
The minimum number of participants for the retreats to go ahead is 6, unless otherwise indicated to you in writing. If this number is not met, your payment will be refunded before the start of the retreat. So far, this has always been met. Should this not be the case, D. Jaspers of Tribu del Alma has the right to cancel the agreement and this will have to be done in writing. At least 3 weeks before the start of the retreat.

8. Cancellation
If the booking is cancelled by you up to 2 months before the start, 50% of the price will be charged.
If cancelled between 2 months and 3 weeks before the start, 70% of the price will be charged.
If cancelled within 3 weeks before or during the retreat, the full price will be charged.

9. In case of force majeure: e.g. your flight is cancelled or the airline company is on strike, you will have to arrange your own transport. You cannot recover the costs incurred from us.

10. If testing is required again in order to fly and you yourself are tested positive for corona, this is your own responsibility and you can make the trip at another time. You will then unfortunately only receive a 20% refund of the cost stated on the invoice.

11. Accessibility
If the Netherlands or Spain becomes inaccessible for anyone due to government measures, the retreat will be moved to another date.

12. Cancellation in writing
Cancellations can only be made in writing by letter or email. If other agreements about cancellation are included in the confirmation, this point will not apply.

13. Liability insurance/WA
We assume that everyone treats finca Pura Vida with love, but of course something can always be broken. Therefore, please provide us with your policy number. We do not ask for a deposit.

14. Own travel or damage insurance
Please arrange your own travel insurance.

By booking a retreat with Tribu del Alma at finca Pura Vida in Gaucin, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Tribu del Alma is a project name under which we work. For the time being, billing is done by the sole proprietorship of Danielle Jaspers - Praktijk voor Kunstzinnig Coachen
