My search started around the age of 29 after a long and inexplicable illness, during which I took the path of transformation, healing and awareness. A path in search of energy, inner movement, life force and my own wisdom.
I have been living and working in Spain for 5 years with my partner Ap in our cozy Finca in the campo, which means farming area near the village of Jimena de la Frontera in beautiful Andalusia.
In recent years I have rebuilt my practice in Spain after letting go of everything in the Netherlands. I work individually, with relationships and groups in multiple partnerships. I am also regularly present in Tribu del Alma, together with the tribe, to envelope you in everything we have to offer.
In the garden of our Finca between the orange trees we have built a small casita where I give individual retreats where you can relax, heal, deepen, still, process or whatever is needed for you at this moment in your life.
For example, I am trained in Chinese medicine, Shiatsu and Tui Na massage, Neuro emotional integration, Naturopathy, Core Energetics, Trauma, Breathwork and Yoga and I work from empathy and moving with the flow of energy to discover the most powerful and purest within yourself. experience and live your full potential
