This summer we want to celebrate holidays with you!

Here is a personal invitation for early Tribe members. You are reading this invitation because you might feel part of the core of our Tribe and we would like to be the first to give you the opportunity to celebrate the good life at our Finca this summer.

Want to connect with like-minded people and at the same time have enough space for yourself?

To deep conversations and the lightness of a burst of laughter?

We welcome you to our retreatcenter, where this time we let go of the program. We only do a morning meditation, some bodywork and a sharing where you can join freely.

Felix, Danielle, Ray and Miek are all here for the three weeks.

Nourishment of the soul

Will you grant yourself the nourishing togetherness of our Tribe this summer?

Where dance, music, connection and nourishment of the heart and soul are central.

Let your soul be touched by the timbre of Ray’s voice, be nourished by Miek’s delicious cooking skills and have intimate converstations with Felix and Danielle……………. or have a dance of freedom at the pool.

And if you think, all well and good, but I just want to enjoy the Spanish sun with beautifull nature, food for my soul and nice people. Then too, this is the place to be!

Our finca is open for 3 weeks to receive and enjoy all the good things a Tribe has to offer. Celebra la vida! Celebrate life. In connection, with yourself and the Tribe.

Where (almost 😉) everything is allowed and nothing is required. Where you can disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Where Enjoyment with a capital G comes first. And where we celebrate life. Where connection is central, so that your heart is filled and nourished.

A Tribe means that we are all equal. Your input is essential. We make the Tribe together. If you have ideas, nice rituals or knowledge that you would like to share these days, we cordially invite you to do so. Let’s inspire each other these weeks!

Practical information:

Week 1: July 13th to 20th

“Be pampered week” with full board for €975 p.p. in a double room in the Finca.

An option is to stay in the Belltent (2 x double beds = 4 sleeping places in total), which costs €775 per person. Your shower and toilet are then by the pool.

The last lunch and dinner are elsewhere at your own expense!

Week 2: July 20th to 27th

“I want to have more control over my own week” with overnight stay and breakfast for €600 p.p. in a double room in the Finca.

Staying in the Belltent this week costs €400

Week 3:

Another “Pampering week” with full board for €975 p.p. in a double room in the Finca.

The Belltent (2 x 2 beds = 4 sleeping places) is also available this week, it costs €775 per person. Your shower and toilet are by the pool.

The last lunch and dinner are at your own expense.

Use of towels is included.

For alcoholic beverages, they are not included, and we work with a tab system.

Consumptions outside Finca Pura Vida, are at your own expense.

It does not include travel expenses.

Travel information:

The nearest airport is Gibraltar of Malaga. You can (jointly) rent a car at for example Solhires (0034633214344); they bring your car to the airport at Departures.

Finca Pura Vida is a 1.5-hour drive from Malaga airport.

There is also a bus connection from Malaga to Estepona (70 minutes), so you only have to take a taxi for the last part.

I agree with your conditions

1.Agreement
An agreement is only concluded after acceptance of your reservation by Tribu del Alma in the form of a confirmation. It is entitled to refuse the reservation or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless expressly stated otherwise. If a reservation is not accepted, Tribu del Alma will notify you within ten (10) working days of receipt of the reservation.

2.Prices/ Offers
All prices mentioned on the site of Tribu del Alma are without obligation and it expressly reserves the right to change the prices, in particular when this is necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations. All prices for private individuals are quoted in euros, including VAT. All prices for companies and self-employed persons are excl. VAT

3.Reservation
All applications are made in order of receipt.

4.Option
You can take an option for a certain period of time. Options are valid up to 12 weeks prior to the start unless otherwise agreed. If a second interested party presents itself for the same time when an option is already available, the first person will be contacted immediately. This is the moment when it has to be decided whether or not a booking will take place for that part of the option for which another candidate applies.

5.Commitment to pay
A booking creates an obligation to pay the full amount as stated on the invoice.

6.Payment Term
For all retreats of Tribu del Alma, the full amount including accommodation must be credited to the bank account of D. Jaspers before the date indicated on the invoice, but no later than 8 weeks before the start of the reserved retreat. Unless you book less than 8 weeks in advance.

7.Number of participants
The minimum number of participants for the retreats to take place is 6, unless otherwise indicated to you in writing. If this number is not reached, your payment will be refunded before the start of the retreat. So far, that has always been achieved. If this is not the case, D. Jaspers of Tribu del Alma has the right to terminate the agreement and this will have to be done in writing. At least 3 weeks before the start of the retreat.

8. Cancellation
If the booking is cancelled by you up to 2 months before the start of the book, 50% of the price will be charged.
In case of cancellation between 2 months and 3 weeks before the start of the event, 70% of the price will be charged.
In case of cancellation within 3 weeks before the start or during the retreat, the full price will be charged.

9. In the event of force majeure: for example, your flight is cancelled or the airline goes on strike, you must arrange for other transport yourself. In that case, you will not be able to recover the costs incurred from us.

10. If you have to test again to be able to fly and you yourself are tested positive for corona, this is your own responsibility and you can make the trip at another time. Unfortunately, you will only receive a refund of 20% of the costs stated on the invoice.

11. Accessibility
If, due to government measures, the Netherlands or Spain becomes inaccessible to everyone, the retreat will be moved to another date.

12. Cancellation in writing
Cancellations can only be made in writing by letter or email. If the confirmation includes other arrangements for cancellation, this point will lapse.

13. Liability insurance/third-party liability
We assume that everyone treats finca Pura Vida with love, but of course something can always break. Please provide us with your policy number. We do not ask for a deposit.

14. Own travel or damage insurance
Please bring your own travel insurance.

By booking a retreat at Tribu del Alma in finca Pura Vida in Gaucin, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Tribu del Alma is a project name under which we work. For the time being, it is invoiced by the sole proprietorship of Danielle Jaspers - Praktijk voor Kunstzinnig Coachen
