Energetic transmissions: In an energy transmission your flow of life energy is opened and strengthened. This causes a fundamental change in your physical, mental and emotional state of being and increases your multidimensional awareness. During the transmission you may sit on the yoga mat. We will turn on music and all you have to do is receive. The energy ensures that you will increase in frequency so that emotions, beliefs, blockages, trauma, limiting patterns can be removed from your system. By removing these layers you will always… come back closer to yourself. “ Your true self awakens”. We are both certified MET facilitators.

– Yoga:

– Plant Medicine Ceremony:
Elena will personally coordinate the planting ceremony with you by telephone in advance of the retreat You can choose from Chocobliss and Cacao.

– Ceremonies:
Different Shamanic ceremonies with water and fire.

– Initiatie Spirit Animal:
An initiation ceremony to meet your spirit animal

– Walking:
From the Finca we will take a number of beautiful walks through the beautiful nature of Andalusia

– Healing water:
A day excursion to the healing waters including walk

– Music workshop:
We will spend half a day on a music workshop with Ray where the sounds will contribute to your process.
