During our Pura Vida Transformation retreat, we focus on your inner development and health. You’ll work with us on addressing what truly holds you back from living your deepest desires during your daily life. You’ll confront things that you may have been afraid or unable to face for a long time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We’ll help you experience how it feels to be freer, connected to your heart and gut feeling. You’ll become part of a tribe and break free from your familiar story and patterns. This is achieved not by avoiding your shadow, but by learning to embrace it with love and letting go of your attachment to it. You’ll discover how to invite new energy and healthy patterns into your system.<\/p>\n

From your mind to your heart<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Meditations, breathwork sessions, bodywork, and visualizations will help you with everything mentioned above, and we do them every day. Additionally, you’ll be introduced to various forms of expression such as intuitive painting, dance, voice expression, touch, and music that can guide you towards your path.<\/p>\n

Of course, we’ll also go for walks in this magical environment.<\/p>\n

Think of it as a tasting of experiences that set your system, your body, and soul in motion. During this 6-day transformation retreat, each participant serves as a mirror for others.<\/p>\n

In strength and vulnerability. You are both student and teacher. Together, we create a foundation of safety for- and with each other. We are each other’s equals, we are there for one another, and we are there as space holders for everyone’s process. You too are welcomed in your vulnerability.<\/p>\n

Vulnerability is often associated with insecurity. We want to change that association and help you experience that a Tribu is a safe setting and the \u2018Tribe\u2019 also provides the safety that you often miss in daily life to welcome your vulnerability. From that space, which the Tribu offers, anything can be released. Processes that will help you walk new paths and embed them in your daily life<\/p>\n
