    Under the guidance of Mireille de Haas, yoga and breathwork sessions are conducted.<\/p>\n

    These are important activities that bring us back to our resting state. In addition to visualizations, meditations, and bodywork by Danielle Jaspers, and sharing what we feel, music is also an important factor in returning ourselves to a state of calm. We are happy to take you on an inner journey, to the sounds of warm, loving voices. Let yourself be surprised further.<\/p>\n

    Included is a holistic massage by Greet Smit. Under her experienced hands, you sink even deeper into the ultimate resting state that your body and mind have been longing for.<\/p>\n

    In addition to the delicious healthy detox meals prepared by Irene Willemse to nourish your body in a delightful way, there is plenty of space to read a book by the large pool or simply do nothing.<\/p>\n

    For those who are up for an early morning silent walk, we’ll take you to a magical place.<\/p>\n

    Genuine Attention to Yourself and Your Deepest Desires<\/b><\/b><\/h2>\n

    Every day begins with a meditation, which varies daily. Following that, we engage in yoga focused on releasing energy and strengthening and loosening body and mind.<\/p>\n

    All meditations and yoga sessions are beginner-friendly. Mireille’s yoga style is a combination of flow, Hatha, and Yin yoga; she has developed her own unique style emphasizing body awareness to be fully present in the here and now and to stand in your power both physically and emotionally. Various breath techniques are introduced, both energizing and calming.<\/p>\n

    Breath is the Key<\/b><\/h2>\n

    During this retreat, you can participate in 2 breathwork sessions, where we use connected breathing; a powerful, loving, self-healing method where inhalation and exhalation merge into one another. Breathing deeply helps bring negative emotions into your awareness, process them, and let go, creating more space and freedom. We do these sessions as a group, which only amplifies the energy, making your soul shine!<\/p>\n

    We come together to share ourselves in vulnerability to stand in our true power.<\/p>\n

    Transportation<\/b><\/p>\n

    The price of the retreat does not include flights. Finca Pura Vida is located in Gaucin, a 1.5-hour drive from Malaga airport.<\/p>\n

    We can arrange a taxi to Finca Pura Vida for you, which you can share with other participants (max 4 in 1 taxi, cost 160 euros per trip, so 40 euros per participant).<\/p>\n

    Or, for more than 8 people, we are more than happy to arrange a minibus that everyone can ride in simultaneously. This costs 60-80 euros.<\/p>\n

    There is space for a maximum of 10 guests.<\/p>\n

    Departure:<\/strong> October 19th around 10 am<\/p>\n

    Flight Advice:<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Take an early morning flight, departing no later than 10 am, so you’ll arrive around 3 pm with us. Vueling, Easyjet, Ryanair, and Transavia offer affordable flights. Search for them using a ‘private browsing’ window in Google Flights and reject all cookies etc. Bookings are often made through Lastminute, e-Dreams, etc. which can sometimes save you a lot, up to 200 euros! Or search via Skyscanner.<\/p>\n

    Malaga is a beautiful city to spend 1-2 days in, so it might be interesting for you to fly a day earlier (which can be cheaper) or return later.<\/p>\n
